If you’re looking for a complete package here at Simply Blossom we can accommodate both cake and cookies designed to match your theme and venue, working with similar colours, so you have one less thing to worry about. Please have a look at some of the events we cater for. We have also highlighted celebrations we don’t offer due to religious beliefs which, as a Muslim lass, is a part of my faith.

Payment & Deposit
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances as the business occurs a loss for not being able to book for the same date for another customer. For cake orders below £100 we require a 100% non-refundable payment to confirm your booking. For cake orders over £100 we require 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking and secure a date. The remaining balance of 50% must be made 7 days prior before your order is due for collection or delivery. Failure to complete payment within 7 days may result in your order being cancelled. For custom decorated cookies, prices quoted at the time of an order enquiry will remain for a period of 24 hours only and require a full payment in order to secure a booking. If you choose to have a complete package then we can discuss this further during your enquiry. 
Refunds & Cancellations
In the unlikely event should we have to cancel a cake order, we will give you as much notice as possible and refund fully within 7 days.
Refunds for a cancellation on custom cookie orders can only be made up to 24 hours after accepting payment. Anything after 24 hours means no refund, but we will be happy to rebook/reschedule your order on one single occasion, for another suitable date, within a 3-month timeframe. Anything after 3 months will cancel your order and a further payment would be required should you wish to book again. The 3-month timeframe given is from the date of your original order booking. Please note, you will not be able to use your order for pre-orders such as Ramadan/Eid if they fall within the timeframe of such occasions.
Changes to your order
Any changes required for an order must be discussed with us immediately to assess if this is possible. The design and length of time will be taken into consideration and a further cost will occur if changes are made. You will be informed if changes/alterations cannot be made.
Cake Stand Hire
To hire our stands, a refundable security deposit fee of £100 is required. The refundable deposit is returned to you once the stand is received back in the same undamaged condition. If the stand is broken, damaged or lost, and not returned within 2 days of the wedding, the security deposit will be forfeited. It is the customers responsibility to return the cake stand in it’s original condition. Once we have inspected the stand, we will return the security deposit within 24 hours.
Foam (dummy) Cakes & Tiers
Dummy cakes are a great alternative for your events if you wanted a ‘showstopper’ and don’t require a lot of cake. There are discounts offered for dummy cakes/tiers, but please bear in mind the time taken to decorate dummy cakes will be considered when quoting you a final price. Please ask during your enquiry.
Delivery & Set-up at Venue
For weddings, cakes with 2 tiers or more, we highly recommend delivery due to their size, weight and number of tiers. Delivery costs are determined by distance from B26,  Birmingham to your venue.
Booking Timeframe
For wedding cakes, booking as early as possible is recommended as our diary gets filled up pretty quick. 
For celebration cakes and custom decorated cookies, ideally, 2 weeks notice is required. Larger orders of 100+ cookies would require at least 1 months’ notice, but earlier enquiries are recommended to avoid disappointment. Last minute requests are accepted but come with an additional cost.
Do you have a cake & cookie price list?
All cakes and cookies are customised to suit your event and specific requests. For cakes, our prices vary upon cake size, number of tiers, flavours, choice of flowers (artificial/edible/fresh) and the design. For custom cookies, prices vary upon size and detail per cookie and come individually wrapped. The minimum order requirement is 12 cookies. Collections are free, postal delivery service occur a cost. Details will be provided in your quote.
How many cake flavours can I choose from for my wedding cake?
We have a variety of flavours listed. If you have a particular flavour in mind we don’t offer, please do get in touch and we will be happy to accommodate where possible. You can choose up to 1 flavour per tier. 
Do you offer cake tasting?
Yes, you will be able to purchase a cake tasting box which contains up to 6 flavours for you to choose from. Local collections are available at £28. Postal boxes cost £35. These are offered periodically and dates are announced in advance on Instagram. 
What are your cakes covered in?
All our cakes are covered in white chocolate ganache. Chocolate ganache creates a sleek, firm finish, is especially good for stability and perfect for cakes that are sat out for lenghty periods of time. No need to worry of melting in heat as chocolate ganache holds the cake very well and is tasty too. All our cakes are filled with buttercream so you can still get the sponge/buttercream combo taste.
How will you confirm the cake has been delivered at the venue?
Images will be taken and sent to the customer via WhatsApp to confirm the cake has been delivered and set up. Simply Blossom will not accept any liability for any damage sustained to the cake thereafter.
Please take note, we do not provide cake tables or cutting knives. It is the customers responsibility to check with venues if provided. Cake tables should be set up on time in advance prior to the cake being delivered for ease of setting up correctly. 
How does collection work for cakes and cookies?
All wedding cakes and above 2 tiered cakes can ONLY be delivered to your location or venue. Collections are available from B26, Birmingham and must be booked in advance. Details of transportation, and storage will be sent to you once your order is booked. Please be aware a suitable agreed time and date will be made when booking your order. Once agreed, your order must be collected on time A LATE FEE will be charged if you are 15 mins late which will need to be paid for before your order is handed to you. Once an order has been collected, we are not liable for any damages occurred after. Cakes should be placed at the footwell of the front seat or in the boot ONLY. Please ensure the heating is turned off and the AC has been turned on prior to the cake going into the car. Please avoid direct sunlight on the cake.  It is advised to have a non-slip mat to prevent the cakes from moving and preferably have someone accompany you to ensure safety of the cake. All cakes are fully boxed and covered for secure and stable transportation. Driving reasonably slowly is also recommended. When handling the cake, do not hold it against your body and hold it from the base. Please ensure to keep the cake in the fridge for some time if transporting them yourself. 
For custom decorated cookies, these are placed in clear white boxes and should be held from the base of the box and placed on a flat surface and not on the car seat with the seat belt across it. Avoiding direct sunlight and heat is advisable. Cookies should be placed in a cool dry place and have a shelf life of 9 months. If taken out of their packaging (cellophane bags) they must be placed in an airtight container and be consumed within 3 months. Once collected, I will not be held responsible for any damage occurred. Unless we are providing delivery services, all cakes that have left the premises are no longer our responsibility. Strictly no refunds will be given for damages out of our control.
How long does shipping take for customised cookies and can I get a refund if they arrive broken or late?
Simply Blossom ships all postal orders via  Royal Mail 24 tracked delivery. This can help you locate your orders destination during shipping. We do not guarantee delivery dates and follow the guidelines set by Royal Mail’s delivery time process. This is aimed for next working day; however, this does not guarantee next delivery day. This can take between 1-3 working days during busy periods and holidays.
Guaranteed Next Day delivery service is available upon request for urgent orders. Simply Blossom will not be liable for any loss or damage as we have no control over Royal Mail’s service and how they are handled. No refunds are given for delayed orders and postage is non-refundable.
Do you offer Cakes/Cookies for Birthdays or any other non-Islamic occasions such as Mother's Day?
Unfortunately, due to my religious beliefs and faith, this is something I no longer cater for. More information can be found on my Instagram highlights.
How can I make an enquiry?
Please contact me via email, contact form or message me directly via Instagram. We will aim to respond back within 48 hours. Please note, we are a small business and during busy times, we may take longer to respond, so kindly bare with us.  PLEASE NOTE I DON’T CATER FOR BIRTHDAYS AND NON-ISLAMIC HOLIDAYS/CELEBRATIONS
How to secure my order?
For cake orders under £100, full payment is required. For cakes over £100, 50% non-refundable deposit has to be made, with the remaining 50% payment to be made 7 days prior to your cake collection/delivery. For cookie orders, full payment is required. We work on a first come first serve basis.
Do you accommodate for dietary requirements?
We cannot offer Vegan, Dairy-Free and Gluten-Free options. We work within a kitchen that handles MILK, NUTS, DAIRY, GLUTEN and SOY.
