Custom Cookies
Our shortbread biscuits come in vanilla flavour that have a delicious buttery taste and a perfectly balanced sweetness. Soft and crumbly, melting in your mouth. Cookies should taste as good as they look (if not more!).
Our cookies are decorated with freshly made royal icing that require at least 24/48 hours to dry and are decorated in stages depending upon the detail added. Each carefully packed individually in cellophane bags which are then heat sealed for freshness.
A minimum of 12 cookies are required to place an order for individual cookies.
We also offer gift boxed sets with a minimum requirement of 5 custom cookies if placing a single order.
If ordering multiple gift boxes, with a smaller set (such as one), this can also be delivered.
Postal orders
Gift boxes are the most appropriate demonstration of love that adds value to every occasion and celebration. They are slightly more expensive, as the idea is that you are paying for the convenience of having your cookies gift wrapped and ready to go.
We understand our cookies are precious to you and it is our responsibility to take the utmost care to pack them so they reach you safely. A great deal of effort goes into each order to ensure they are not damaged or broken during transit, and to ensure this process works smoothly we offer 2 options in our gift boxed sets for you to choose from and allow you to decide what works best for you.
Option 1
All cookies will be gift wrapped in bubble wrap, taped down using cello-tape and come with your chosen gift box that fits your order which will be discussed during your enquiry. Once you have received your order, you would be required to undo the cello-tape and open the bubble wrap carefully before placing them into the flat packed gift box, which you will have to assemble. Shredded paper and ribbon will be included inside for you to add before placing the cookies on top. This option is the safest as the bubble wrap will protect the cookies from damage during shipping.
Option 2
Custom Cookies will come packed and placed carefully into the prepared gift boxes. The cookies will be taped down onto the gift box for added security so they don’t move during the bumpy ride ahead. A clear lid box will be placed on top and tied with ribbon. (A detailed video of how I pack gift boxes is shared on Instagram)
For larger orders, such as weddings, each cookie is packed in cellophane bags, heat sealed for freshness and then placed into bubble wrap and lined up comfortably into postal boxes with extra support so they are secured.
Each order will vary in size depending upon the number of cookies required for your occasion. Strong white/brown cardboard boxes are used to keep the cookies safe and secure. Additional packaging such as bubble wrap, tissue, packing peanuts, or packing paper are used for extra layers of support to keep the biscuits cushioned to avoid breakage or damage.
Local Collection
For collection orders, individual custom cookies of 12 will be placed in brown paper bags.
Orders of more than 12 cookies, will be placed in white clear lid boxes – available in 3 sizes – small, medium and large.
All cookies vary in sizes and shapes, so we aim to choose the correct packaging to suit your order.
Customers collecting will be given a suitable time to collect. An additional refundable fee of £5 will be taken during the enquiry process to ensure customers arrive on time. The £5 fee will be returned within 24 hours once collection has made on time. In the event of arriving late, the fee will not be refunded.
